  13. identified above, which includes computer software and may

  15. or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
  16. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  17. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not
  18. agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
  19. SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  21. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  22. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  23. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and

  34. EULA. Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed as a
  35. standalone product or included with your own product. Distibuting the
  36. SOFTWARE PRODUCT REGISTRATION INFORMATION without
  37. our permission is strictly prohibited.

  39. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  41. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  42. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
  43. PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
  44. permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  46. Separation of Components.
  47. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  48. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

  50. Software Transfer.
  51. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  52. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.

  54. Termination.
  55. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software
  56. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  57. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies
  58. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

  60. Distribution.
  61. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or
  62. package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of
  63. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any
  64. free or non-profit packages or products. Distibuting the
  65. SOFTWARE PRODUCT REGISTRATION INFORMATION without
  66. our permission is strictly prohibited.

  69. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  70. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
  71. video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the
  72. SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any
  73. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this
  74. Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
  75. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
  76. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except
  77. that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer
  78. provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  79. purposes.

  84. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for
  85. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related
  86. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
  87. either express or implied, including, without limitation, the
  88. implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
  89. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use
  90. or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

  92. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  93. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  94. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  95. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  96. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  97. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  98. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  102. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is a freeware. You can use it for free, however 
  103. registration is required if you want to use it longer than 23 days.
